Cancellation Policy/House Rules/Damages

Reservation Policy:

  • To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% must be received within 10 days of the booking date. (Booking date is considered the day one arranges the dates and times of the reservation)
  • The remaining balance is due one month before arrival
  • All payments are in US funds by either credit card, personal check , cashier's check, money order, cash or wire transfer.

Refund Policy:

  • Full Refund: A full refund of all monies paid is given if the reservation is cancelled no less than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
  • Partial Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 but more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
  • No Refund: If a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the reservation date there will be no refunds and Aloha Beach Vacation Rentals and/or it's representatives or agents reserve the right to collect any unpaid balance.

House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00pm until 7:00am. Please be courteous to neighbors by keeping the noise level low during these hours.

Damage policy

  • Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by them during their stay. We will provide an itemized list of costs of replacement and/or labor for these items and reserve the right to charge the amount to their creditcard on file.
